At Vineyard Rolla we want to be a place where all different kinds of people come together to learn how to love Jesus and love each other. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be a part of a safe community while they learn and grow. We want to follow Jesus everywhere, living and loving like he did and like he would if he were living our life. We believe that by uniting around Jesus, imitating him and learning from each other, we can help make our little corner of the world look a little bit more like Jesus would want it to.
COVID19 PANDEMIC:
On Sunday March 15th, The Centers for Disease Control released new recommendations that all public gatherings of 50 or more people be cancelled for the next 8 weeks. Since that time, further recommendations have been issued at a state and county level that further limit gatherings and those recommendations are being updated almost daily as the spread of the virus continues to be monitored.
At Vineyard Rolla, our heart is always to protect and care for the most vulnerable of our community. We willingly choose to take necessary steps toward that end at this unique moment in time.
In order to do our part to help slow the spread of COVID 19 and #flattenthecurve, we will be suspending all in-person physical services for as long as public health officials deem it beneficial. This includes our Sunday morning service as well as our Wednesday night #rootsyouth activities.
We are finding ways to stay connected through online options. Our primary means of communication will be our Vineyard Rolla Facebook page. Please be watching for how you can join in. We need each other now more than ever.
At Vineyard, our dream is to be A Church for Everyone and a People Who Follow Jesus Everywhere. The invitation to live out those values remains, during time of calm or crisis. We choose to say yes.
